Study of energy consumption reduction of block of flats

The goal of the thesis is firstly to get all the information about the initial state of solved block of flats, which is located on the street Merhautova 76/954 in Brno – Černá pole, in terms of constructions, energy consumption and initial state of heating system. In the second part of the thesis, where are discussed the possibilities of reduction of energy consumption, variant drafts of reduction of energy consumption and their financial costs and the choice of optimal variant. Third part deals with assement of solved block of flats in terms of sustainable built environment by using tool to rate buildings in terms of sustainable built environment - SBToolCZ, evaluation of possibility to use renewables. In the end are written summaries and recommendations.
Accommodation facility

The subject of this master thesis is a project for the construction of accommodation facility with a basement. The building is located in Ostrava close to the historical centre of the city. The building is a 4starcategory accommodation facility and will serve as temporary accommodation. There will be a restaurant and a gym designed for hotel guests only. The accommodation capacity is 68 guests. A car park for hotel visitors is situated close to the hotel. It is a brick structure made of sand-lime blocks,monolithic ceilings and a first underground floor. The building is insulated with ETICS system. Paste-like plaster and brick tapes were used for facade construction. The roof is made up of one roof surface and the foundation will be realized on the foundation strips. The building is situated on flat terrain. The project was developed in ArchiCad21, AutoCad 2016 and SketchUp.
Pigments influence on the diffusion properties of the plaster used for ETICS

This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of pigments on the diffusion properties of external plasters. The first part is devoted to plasters and pigments used in plasters. In the practical part is proposed a method of testing the diffusion properties and an experiment performed evaluating the influence of pigments on the tested properties.

The second part is a house associated with garage.The family house has two floors. On the first floor is a garage, utility room, study with a private bathroom. On the second floor are designed living room with a quiet zone. across living room and bedroom access is possible on the outdoor terrace. In second floor is designed flat roof. The second part of building is the cafe, which is located on the ground floor. Above the café is designed flat roof. External bearing walls and interior load-bearing walls were structurally designed masonry Porotherm system. The building is an insulated outer contact insulation.
Detached House with Pedagogical-Psychological Guidance Centre

Bachelor thesis on The new detached house with pedagogical-psychological Guidance Centre at the documentation for the execution of works was drawn up so that the object is divided into two parts. The first part is a detached house with garage. There is an attic above the prevailing flat house, which has a shed roof. The roof over the garage, store and sanitary facilities is flat roof. There were designed operating room and daily room on the first floor and there is a quiet zone for the family in the attic. Entry to the garage is also possible through the vestibule. The living room provides entry to the outdoor terrace. The second part is a Guidance Centre, which is located on the ground floor. There is designed a shed roof. Circumferential load-bearing walls and interior load-bearing walls were structurally designed masonry system Porotherm. The entire building is insulated by ETICS. There are combinations of white, grey and brown shades of colors on a facade. Draft stationary traffic for counseling clients and residents of the detached house was situated in the northern part of the site.
